As a home chef, recipe developer, and writer of the monthly magazine column “Ali’s Kitchen”, Alison has enjoyed sharing culinary creations as a past speaker at the Wisconsin Ag Women’s Summit and has been featured regularly on News Channel 7 WSAW.

Although her focus is primarily on writing and speaking as a way to encourage women in their roles as wife and mother, and offer inspiration to those suffering with chronic illness, Alison has found food to be a way to help manage her own disease and also a fabulous creative outlet.

Because of this she enjoys talking with groups about healthy eating and cooking with local ingredients, and she is thrilled when she has the opportunity to demonstrate the ins and outs of unique recipes, share tidbits about the agriculture industry, and chat about Wisconsin potatoes.
