A delicious dairy free and gluten free bread with a hearty texture, sweetened with a bit of honey

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease the bread pans liberally with a pat of butter, or coconut oil, and set aside.
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and stir well with a large spoon or spatula, until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into the bread pans and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the loaves from the oven and allow them to cool completely before loosening from the pans and slicing.
Add 5 cups rolled oats into a food processor and blend until a fine powder forms (A blender works well if you do not have a food processor).
This will create the ideal amount of oat flour for the above banana bread recipe; approximately 3 cups.
